Took my Optima to another Kia dealership where I live in Saint Charles 3 months ago and was totally dissatisfied with the service I received. So today I took my Kia Optima to Steve Schmidt and received phenomenal service, my vehicle has been serviced here before but since I live further away I hadn't been back in a few months. Steve Schmidt will be the only Kia dealership servicing my optima from now on. They even provided a courtesy ride for me to work after dropping my vehicle off today. Upon pick up my vehicle was washed and clean as well. Thank you guys for fair , great and speedy service!
